Rude Health Demo and Lunch

During this demo Nick Barnard, author of Eat Right, and co-founder of Rude Health, will teach the class how to separate water and whey from butter to make highly nutritious Ghee. Kids’ Cooking Workshop

The lovely Lizzie Lucas-Clements will run children’s cooking classes in the Blid & Hatton Food Studio during the Half Term break. She will be offering fun filled workshops, where the children will get to explore and learn how to cook both savoury and sweet recipes. Fantastic Fish (hands on class)
