If the festive season has left your clothes feeling a bit tight, why not commit to get fit in the New Year with us?
Bootcamp sessions are every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday morning in our 2-acre walled garden. The fun starts at 9.30am and lasts an hour. Everyone is welcome, but be warned, instructor Sarah will really put you through your paces with a combination of jogging, circuits and body conditioning. Stick with it and we promise you really will get fit in the New Year.

In the meantime, take a look at this quick total body circuit you can do at home to prepare you. Only a small space needed. Ensure you warm up first or add it on after a 20-30 minute run.
NB: A general level of fitness recommended. Please consult with your GP before embarking on a new exercise regime.
