As well as being a Touch for Health Kinesiology Instructor and Practitioner, Geoff Rolls is a licensed International Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Geoff works with clients to help balance emotional imbalances as well as physical and emotional discomfort.
Working as Head Assistant to Dr Richard Bandler - co-creator of the field of NLP, Geoff works with people to remove phobias, deal with anxiety and to build confidence and self esteem.
Touch for Health Kinesiology is a system of healing that uses manual muscle bio-feedback to determine which stimuli stress the body, and how that stress can be decreased.
The Touch for Health model works with energy, lifestyle and aspirations of the client, offering a safe and effective way to maintain health, enhance well-being and increase performance. NLP is a way of learning to control how your brain works more effectively and effortlessly.

Identify energy and health goals; areas of discomfort or pain in the body; emotional areas of stress or distress. Work with the client to notice what adjustments can be made, and how to maintain them; also to focus on areas such as nutrition and food sensitivities to improve energy
Second and following Touch for Health Kinesiology balance session

As above, maintaining previous balance treatments, exploring new opportunities and challenges, and working on further clients' goals and aspirations.
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) session

A session of NLP can be used to overcome phobias, relieve anxiety, to build confidence and increase self-esteem. Also very useful for career progression, personal development and coaching for high performance. Using NLP, patterns of unhelpful behaviour can be changed to allow the client the ability to achieve more and decrease stress.
