As Spring turns into Summer, and the garden is starting to show its natural beauty, our healing series continues to grow. Mindfulness and Wellbeing practice SamMantra will be returning with more classes and mindful workshops designed to complement the medicinal powers of the garden, and reduce the stress and challenges that modern day living can bring.
This summer our classes will take on an outside theme, with mindful walks and herbal workshops tailored to explore nature, beauty and gratitude in our everyday life. The creative mindfulness series will also return with more ‘colour me calm’ workshops on the same theme. A series of wellbeing experts will also be on hand, including an expert herbalist and other complementary therapists.
Sign up for a new three part mindfulness taster course to fully experience a number of practical mind and body exercises, including an introductory class, a mindful eating and mindful movement class. As a short, practical course you will come away with a number of practices you can use in your everyday life to enhance your overall wellbeing.

As a busy mum with a long professional career in the arts and business, I was all too used to feeling stressed out. In 2011, I left my job in London and signed up for a meditation course to bring some stillness to my over active mind. I have not looked back and set up my company SamMantra – my mantra, to a healthier, happier me.
Trained in the MBSR programme (mindful based stress reduction), I am passionate about working with a range of holistic and well-being experts on developing programmes and events that help eliminate the growing disease of stress in society today. Our mission is simple: to work with individuals and groups in a way that allows them to find a sense of stillness in their lives, express their inner creativity, nurture their minds and bodies, and learn to ‘just be in the moment’.
