Covering key topics from stress management and family communications all participants will receive a workbook full of practical exercises and advice to use as part of the course. The course includes mindfulness techniques, practical coping tools, group discussion and home practices to do each week.

Please note, spaces are limited to 10 places on the course. The programme is also not targeted at any age group and supports parents with early school learners and teens.

What previous parents have said about the programme:

I found the programme beneficial as it helped me to challenge my thoughts & be more compassionate to myself.

I enjoyed the practical elements & learning to meditate.

I will take a lot away with me to put into practice, Lauretta and Sam have given me many great tools to help me parent more mindfully.
