The brilliant ‘Mindfulness Parenting Programme’ returns to The Medicine Garden from May, offering a rewarding programme of guided practices, resources and coping tools to help support parents and their families in today’s busy world.
Thursdays mornings starting – 17th May to 5th July 2018
(No classes during May Half term & 14th June)
£45 per session including weekly resources & refreshments.
Mindfulness teacher, Sam Weerasinghe from SamMantra and Lauretta Cundy, a Coaching Psychologist from Mad About My Life, have been successfully running this programme since 2016.
Covering key topics from stress management and family communications all participants will receive weekly resources full of practical exercises and advice to use as part of the course.
Please note, spaces are limited to 10 places on the course. The programme is also not targeted at any age group.
