Pilates is for everyone from the super-fit to the soon-to-be fit. Whether you want to improve your golf swing, alleviate back pain or look longer and leaner, Pilates can meet your needs. Additionally, it is ideal preparation for pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Debbie holds classes on Tuesdays in The Dome.
Classes are as follows:
8.30-9.15am Introduction to Pilates (6 week course)
12.00-1.00pm Backcare Class
£15 pay as you go or £75 for 6 (to be taken over 7 weeks).
The Introduction to Pilates class is a six week course to introduce clients new to Pilates to the basic principles. There is a maximum of five in the class, cost is £84.
