Weekly Pilates classes in The Dome with Debbie Dore

Pilates is for everyone from the super-fit to the soon-to-be fit. Whether you want to improve your golf swing, alleviate back pain or look longer and leaner, Pilates can meet your needs. Additionally, it is ideal preparation for pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Debbie holds classes on Tuesdays in The Dome.

Classes are as follows:

8.30-9.30am     Absolute Beginners Class

9.45-10.45am   Beginners/Mixed Ability

10.55-11.55am  Improvers/Intermediate

12.00-1.00pm  Backcare Class

£15 pay as you go or £75 for 6 (to be taken over 7 weeks).
