Victoria has been practicing reflexology for six years after studying at the Raworth Centre. She originally studied nursing at Guys and St Thomas's Trust.
Her interest in a more holistic based health setting began whilst working at the Zita West Clinic, Harley Street, a natural health clinic for pregnancy and fertility. Her approach to health and wellbeing comes from having the experience of western based medicine combined with a holistic client centred therapy.
Reflexology is based on the principle that the body's organs and tissues are connected by a flow of energy, reflected on the feet and hands. By putting pressure on certain reflex points helps to stimulate the body's healing process. Reflexology promotes deep relaxation, enabling body systems and organs to work more efficiently and can be used to treat a variety of conditions. It is also highly effective during pregnancy, for fertility and women's health issues.

determines your past and present health and lifestyle to obtain an overall picture of your life history. Areas of imbalance are identified by simply palpating the feet, detecting areas of imbalance, congestion, discomfort and pain. Findings will be discussed at the end and a treatment plan devised.
Subsequent consultations

Discussion of previous treatment reactions will be relevant to any follow up consultation to see how you are responding to treatment. Subsequent sessions will involve a brief discussion as to what has been happening since your last appointment. You can then relax, put your feet up and enjoy the treatment!
