De-stress and relax in the Medicine Garden with this gentle Chinese Martial Art. Improve your balance, co-ordination, flexibility and general health. No experience necessary.

Suitable for all ages, abilities and temperaments. Guys welcome.

A general level of fitness is recommended. Please consult with your GP before embarking on a new exercise regime.
