De-stress and relax with Tai Chi, a gentle Chinese Martial Art

Improve your balance, co-ordination, flexibility and general health with Tai Chi. Every Monday and Thursday from 9.30-10.30am. No experience necessary. Suitable for all ages, abilities and temperaments. Guys welcome. A general level of fitness is recommended for our Tai Chi sessions. Please consult with your GP before embarking on a new exercise regime.

£5 per session.
