Summer Activities for Kids

We’ve joined forces with award-winning children’s entertainment company Dazzle & Fizz to present six weeks of activities for kids (Early Years-12 years old) here in the garden including Special Ability Shows for children 3-8 years (cognitive age). Modern Calligraphy

Saturday 20th August and Saturday 24th September
10:00-12:30 or 14:00-16:30

Learn the fundamentals of modern calligraphy and how to use a dip pen and ink. The workshop will begin with practising the basic strokes before moving onto the alphabet and then time will be spent developing your own lettering style. Includes a starter kit to take home and refreshments. Book now.

Yoga restarts

You Can Folk It: Dotty Hearts

22nd – Come along and make either a stunning birthday or Christmas card using the ‘You Can Folk It’ technique. Just turn up at The Medicine Garden Workshop between 9.30 and 12.30 on 22nd September and make a beautiful card for £5 No painting skills needed, We will find the Artist in you.
30th – Learn how to master a Dotty Tool and create a beautiful card and distressed wooden heart. By the end of the session, you’ll have the skills to create or upcycle lots more items. No painting experience necessary and all tools supplied. The session includes cake and refreshments. Book Now.
